Returns

Return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. 

To refund or exchange, call Customer Service at (877) 777-3303 to request a Return Authorization.

  • All returns must be pre-authorized and issued a Return Authorization number
  • Items must be unopened, undamaged, and in a resaleable condition
  • A $9.99 return shipping charge will be applied to all returns over 30 days from date of receipt
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returns over 30 days from date of receipt
  • A 50% restocking fee will be applied to returns over 90 days from date of receipt
  • Returns are not accepted after 6 months from date of receipt
  • Items must be returned, and post marked within 10 days of receiving the return label(s)
  • We do not accept returns for Drop Ship items
  • Shortages and/or errors in shipments must be reported within 10 days of delivery
  • A $19.99 reshipping fee will be applied on all orders returned to us after 3 delivery attempts
  • A $19.99 restocking fee will be applied to all refused packages
  • Gift cards and/or free goods associated with a return will be deducted from your total credit
  • Pharmaceutical products are Final Sale, returns will not be accepted. Please note: any pharmaceutical product received in the form of a return will not be credited and will be sent back to the customer. 


If you wish to return/exchange an item that is not in resaleable condition: Please contact PureLife Customer Service at (877) 777-3303.  We will work with you to understand why you need to return the item and determine how to proceed with the return process. 

Financials

  • All accounts require a current credit card to be stored on file.
  • Standard terms are Net 30 days from the date of the invoice.
  • Acceptable payment options are: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and check.
  • Payments outstanding over 60 days will be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance and administration charge.
  • We reserve the right to charge the credit card on your account for any invoices 60 days overdue and/or to send any outstanding debt to our debt collection agency. In the event the debt is sent over to our debt collection agency, any collection fees (including attorney fees and court charges) may be payable in addition to the outstanding invoices, finance, and administration costs.
  • A $35 fee will be applied for returned checks.

Warranties

PURELIFE PROVIDES NO WARRANTIES of any kind, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THE CUSTOMER MUST CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER DIRECTLY for any warranties that may be offered.
